1. What is the MOQ?
For the most of our products, MOQ is 1 unit.
2. What is the payment terms?
T/T, LC at sight, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow are acceptable.
Escrow is similar like paypal, after you place the order and make the payment ,the company
will notify us to make the shipment, your money won't be released until you get the goods,it can gurantee the safety of your payments.
3. What is the terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF etc.
4. How about the delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 1 to 7 days for sample order, 10-25 days for bulk order. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
5. What is the delivery way?
A: For sample order and small quantity order, DHL, UPS, FedEX etc. all available, we will choose the most suitable for you.
For bulk order, usually by sea or by air.
6. What is the wanrranty?
1~3 years warranty, it depends on the specific products you purchse.
